  1. Delivery Areas
     We deliver orders within the territory of Romania. At the moment, we do not make international deliveries.
  2. Delivery Time
     Orders placed on ………. YOUR SITE are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on the destination city.
  3. Delivery Costs
  • For orders with a value greater than 200 RON, delivery is free.
  • For orders under 200 RON, a delivery fee of 21 RON will be charged.

Return Policy

  1. Right of Return
     You have the right to return products purchased from ………… within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the package, without having to justify your decision to return.
  2. Return Conditions
  • Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, in the original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact.
  • We do not accept returns for products that have been used, unsealed, or damaged due to negligence.

  • After the request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending back the product.
  • The shipping cost for the return is covered by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective product).
  1. Refunds
  • The refund for returned products will be processed within 14 days from receiving and checking the returned items.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
